When: Effective Monday January 8th, 2007

Re: 3 Star Coporation has now grown to be a larger well organized company. With this said here are the following new policies that we are implementing as of Monday, January 8th, 2007:

Emails and support issues:

All support emails pertaining to Money Changers and all of our surf programs will be answered in a 24 to 48 hour time frame, not including weekends or holidays! There will be no exceptions. If you have a question pertaining to our forums you will direct them to one of our forum moderators.

New Office Hours:
As of Monday January 8th, 2007, our business hours will be Monday thru Friday 8am to 6pm. Any after hour support or questions will be directed to the following business day.

Customer Support:
We are in the works of creating a (800) number for live customer service for Money Changers only! You will be able to have live support from one of our staff during regular business hours.

Payment and Cashout Schedules:
All Cash Outs will be done in 5 business days. They will not be done during holidays or weekends. All Fast Track cash outs will be done with in 48 hours. This is in effect as of Monday January 8th, 2007.

Payment Schedule is as follows:
Bank Wire Transfers- Mondays and Wednesdays
Checks- Tuesdays and Thursdays
Virtual Money, E-Gold, and E-Bullion- Fridays

This is the new face of 3 Star Corporation. With these new polices in affect, it will ensure a more organized and efficient way of doing business here at 3 Star Corporation. We encourage all members to keep this message for reference when inquiring about your payment and support needs. We also would like to clarify that you must allow at least three business days for USPS (United States Postal Service) to deliver any and all of your checks. With Wire Transfers please allow up to 48 hours for your specific transfer of funds to be deposited to your account.

*****Please take extra precaution when submitting any wire transfer requests to Money Changers. You must check with your bank for correct routing and checking account numbers. All wire transfers that are rejected due to wrong or false information from your request forms will be subject to a $20 penalty, this is a fee that we are being penalized for by our banking institution.******************

Last but not least we would like to introduce our newest staff member to 3 Star Corporation. Mrs. Maria Hopstetter, whom will be heading up our Money Changers Division along with our support emails. She has had extensive training in all corporate and accounting firms. We are very excited for this new growth in our company. This will allow me (Mr. Robert Krimm) to focus on new business ventures under 3 Star Corporation. Chris and Kim will always be available for extra support and assistance when needed.
