Is the site PROFOUNDHITS a scammer and a cheater ?

Anyway, PROFOUNDHITS is not paying since months

Cash outs: I am posting this here, since some members keep writing about their cash outs.
I have even had a few members write that they don't read or care about the email updates
that are sent out.
Before Stormpay went and froze accounts, and even did chargebacks profoundhits was
always paying, And I never required members that upgraded with stormpay to match their
upgrades after jan. when everthing started coming down with stormpay. Yes there was a
few times that some members had to wait about a week after cash outs was suppose to be
done, to receive their cash outs. This was due to either having to transfer funds to a
processor or an error in a members information. When the stormpay problem happened, A
lot of sites I was in also went under. This in turn did hurt profoundhits, but I wasn't to
worried since I still have funds in paypal. Then paypal decided to go and freeze
profoundhits account along with a few other sites accounts, which I understand that
paypal is still freezing accounts. Now when stormpay took the money from people's
accounts I could have just closed down and blamed it all on stormpay. I didn't do that and
still don't plan on closing down. Since all this happened, there has been very little in the
way of upgrades being purchased. Most funds are coming from people purchasing
advertising on profoundhits.com which includes but not limited to email advertising. So
to the main reason for this posting. Cash outs have been going on daily,
Is cash outs slow? Yes they are slow right now.
Will I give up on profoundhits? No, I do not plan on giving up and just closing profoundhits.com. Yes it will take awhile to get profoundhits back to where it was before
everything happened, but with members help and patience we will become stronger than
ever Please do not write asking when you will receive your cash out. I can't give you any
type of time frame due to fact I am doing the cash outs in the order they was requested.

Not really reassuring, isn't it ???
