Now he has recovered and has renewed his Hosting, bringing back his site to the internet !

Cash outs: I am posting this here, since some members keep writing about their cash outs.
I have even had a few members write that they don't read or care about the email updates
that are sent out.
Before Stormpay went and froze accounts, and even did chargebacks profoundhits was
always paying, And I never required members that upgraded with stormpay to match their
upgrades after jan. when everthing started coming down with stormpay. Yes there was a
few times that some members had to wait about a week after cash outs was suppose to be
done, to receive their cash outs. This was due to either having to transfer funds to a
processor or an error in a members information. When the stormpay problem happened, A
lot of sites I was in also went under. This in turn did hurt profoundhits, but I wasn't to
worried since I still have funds in paypal. Then paypal decided to go and freeze
profoundhits account along with a few other sites accounts, which I understand that
paypal is still freezing accounts. Now when stormpay took the money from people's
accounts I could have just closed down and blamed it all on stormpay. I didn't do that and
still don't plan on closing down. Since all this happened, there has been very little in the
way of upgrades being purchased. Most funds are coming from people purchasing
advertising on profoundhits.com which includes but not limited to email advertising. So
to the main reason for this posting. Cash outs have been going on daily,
Is cash outs slow? Yes they are slow right now.
Will I give up on profoundhits? No, I do not plan on giving up and just closing profoundhits.com. Yes it will take awhile to get profoundhits back to where it was before
everything happened, but with members help and patience we will become stronger than
ever Please do not write asking when you will receive your cash out. I can't give you any
type of time frame due to fact I am doing the cash outs in the order they was requested.

Not really reassuring, isn't it ???

Good afternoon everyone,

I apologize for the delay on the compensation plan update, but I wanted to make sure that we looked at this from every angle and came up with the option that would elicit the least amount of negativity and be beneficial to the most members. What we have come up with are a few options that everyone can choose from to best suit his/her personal situation. Please understand however that no matter which option you choose, this plan will have to be run in phases so as to not cut our own throats, which would in return leave many of you without compensation. Contrary to popular belief, we are not sitting on a mountain of cash, and that we want it all to ourselves. If that were the case, why would we keep the site, live support and forum up and continue to take all of the abuse?

Now for the heart of this update, and the only thing everyone is waiting to hear about-the comp plan.

As I already stated, this will happen in phases. Starting by most recent join date and moving back to the oldest.

We are setting aside a comp pool composed of all income streams from W3MA, and anytime this pool reaches $100,000 we will pay out as may members as we can in the above listed order. Please understand that we still need operating expenses, but most everything else will be dedicated to this until the process is complete.

Now comes the options. The list below will work in accordance with the above mentioned phase and resources. Vince is working on a form that will be available for members to specify which option they would like.

1. Use the funds on your account to purchase a top position in ZapWire, effectively zeroing out your account balance. You will receive a top earning slot to begin working again and receiving money when the program launches in the next 30 days or so.

2. Receive compensation based on the ad buy purchased on or immediately following July 16th when the cashouts were disabled. Since there is not a way for the system to be �€œrolled back�€� while keeping intact the balances of commission and holding accounts at that time, we will go by the ad buy purchase amount for that time frame.

This option will be paid following the same phase by join date, and will pay up to $1000 per member. If you have under $1000 on your account, you will be paid in full at that time. If you have more on your account, you will receive $1000. Once we have paid once all the way through the member list by join date, we then go back to the beginning of the list and follow the same procedure until all accounts are paid in full.

3. Receive compensation for 25% of what is showing on your account at this time. As we work through the member list by join date you may take a payment of 25% of your current account balance rather than waiting on installments.

Vince will have the form done very soon, and once we get the responses we can then begin the task of filtering the database and member list based on the options chosen by each individual member. This will have to be done manually for the most part and will take some time, but we will have everyone working on this. Once the filtered member list is finished we will begin with compensation plan as stated above.

I know that some of you will not be happy with any of the options listed above or the process, but this is where things stand with regards to compensating for ad viewing and referral commissions. We are opting to compensate our members not out of a legal obligation, but from a moral one. As we have been burned too many times ourselves, we do not want to be the ones doing the burning. There were and are easier ways to close AT, but we decided to take to harder, more honorable road.

So we ask again for your patience. I know, I know, you are all tired of hearing that, but that is what is needed. We will stay true to our words if given the chance to do so. For those who feel that hacking, sending viruses, or calling the authorities will expedite the compensation process, you are sorely mistaken, as doing so will endanger everyone�€™s chances for payment. So I ask again, please be patient and we will take care of all of the members if given the opportunity.

Speaking of opportunities, I have heard many of you bashing us for coming up with new programs, and say it is out of greed. Well let me explain why we are coming up with new programs. Although some of you may like nothing more than to see W3MA and everything connected to it go down in flames, if W3MA does not have money or make money, none of our members do either. This is not greed, this is simple mathematics. We find or create opportunities to benefit everyone, and if you are not interested that is fine, but don�€™t bash us for moving forward.

Bottom line folks, this is our plan for closing up AT, and like it or not, W3MA needs to move forward. We are not scamming, stealing, or running. We are and will remain very transparent in our business dealings. We have never tried to hide who we are, where we are, or what we are doing. If we had any intentions of making a quick few bucks and running off, we never would have been as open as we continue to be.
